The "Project Arado" Underground Tourist Route
The Underground Tourist Route "Arado Project" is a secret nazi factory from World War II in Kamienna GóraThis is the only underground tourist attraction in Poland, where tourists take on the role of agents of Polish intelligence. This is not an ordinary tour. The guide, is a trained “Silent Unseen” (pol. “Cichociemny” – special agent)! The tourists’ task is to photographically document the object and steal the last secret of the Third Reich! Innovative light illumination, German sentries along the route and the largest collection of World War II militaria in the region. Unique exhibits in Europe – parts of the V1 flying bomb, V2 rockets, remains of the ENIGMA cipher machine and… Military Secret!
The Underground Tourist Route was created in a former air raid shelter, which directly connected to the design office, the German company Arado Fluegzeukwerek GmbH. A company that was involved in the design and manufacture of jet-powered aircraft. It was this company that was responsible for innovative designs such as the Arado Ar 234, or the legendary Arado E555! Why did German planners choose Stone Mountain? What secret does the underground city hide from us? Did Kamienna Gora work on weapons that could change the course of World War II? Come and discover Hitler’s last secret!
